Hosting and server logs

The page is operated by Mohaupt Bringts (Stefan Mohaupt Unipessoal Lda, Lisbon) as processor and hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Nuremberg.
When the page is accessed, the web server stores technically necessary data in log files: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer and browser identification. This serves secure operation and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after 14 days.

Audience measurement without cookies

We count page views and clicks on links and social icons to see which content is used. Nothing is stored on your device and no IP address is stored. To count unique visitors, a check value is formed from IP address and browser identification, encrypted with a random value that changes daily and deleted after two days at the latest; after that, no conclusion about you is possible. Only aggregated figures are stored: number of views and clicks (per link or per network), referring site (domain only), device type (mobile, tablet, desktop), browser language and, where applicable, a campaign parameter (utm_source). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in data-minimising analytics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Links to other sites

When you click a link, you leave this page. The operator of the target site is responsible for it. We count the click as described above.

Embedded videos and music

Videos and music from YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify or SoundCloud are only loaded when you click “Load content”. Only then is data (including your IP address) transferred to the provider, who may also set cookies. YouTube is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The legal basis is your consent given by the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Sharing

Via the menu on a link you can share it via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, X or email. The respective service only opens on your click; no data is transferred before that.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR) as well as the right to withdraw consent. You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Lisbon.
